Overview

As an administrator within one of our service delivery teams, your role will be to deliver a great customer experience and support our HR, Payroll, Finance and Procurement functions to deliver an excellent service.

Our customers deliver world-leading research that make breakthroughs in dementia and cancer research; find solutions for global environmental challenges and set the government strategy for UK business. Skills/Experience/Qualifications


Essential

  • GCSE’s including Maths and English (or equivalent experience)
  • A customer focused outlook
  • Good interpersonal skills, including ability to building positive relationships with   customers and colleagues
  • Able to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
  • Ability to follow processes effectively
  • Good numeracy and accurate data entry skills
  • IT literate and confident in using Outlook and Microsoft Office
  • Good organisational skills and able to prioritise workloads
  • Works well as part of a team and take individual responsibility to achieve results
  • Demonstrates attention to detail
  • Able to identify issues that need to be escalated and resolved at a senior level
  • A flexible working approach to provide support other teams where needed

Desirable

  • Experience of working in a customer contact centre environment
  • Experience of using database systems
