Office 365 Product Owner

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:

• Specialist knowledge of Power App and Power BI
  
• Provide technical support for all O365 applications and meet key performance indicators
  
• Contribute and participate in project work and platform changes
  
• Retain a proactive awareness and knowledge across the O365 suite and drive continuous improvement of the service
  
• Monitor Microsoft daily updates on O365, assess the affect/impact of the service and provide communications to key stakeholders (i.e. Service Desk, customers)
  
• Maintain up to date skills and knowledge which can be shared within the team
  
• Multi-task and prioritise work effectively and escalate issues when appropriate
  
• Build strong relationships with all other IT service delivery teams and professional peers in other organisations
  
• Communicate the benefits and performance of the service
  
• Ensure the service complies with security requirements
  
• Ensure regular knowledge sharing and good communication within IT teams regarding the service
  
• Contribute to client forums/meetings
  
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the Service Roadmap
  
• Provide documentation including operating procedures, policies and processes for O365.
